Can I try BLUE for free?

Absolutely! Simply signup for our FREE plan and go ahead, kick the tires. You have full access to all the features of BLUE. You will simply be limited on the number of Intel Bulletins and members you can have in your Squad Room. If you like it and need more features, simply upgrade to our Standard or Premium plans at any time.

 

How can I upgrade to the Standard or Premium plans?

Simply login to your account and navigate to your Squad Room and select “Upgrade”. Select the upgraded plan you would like to upgrade to and either select an existing credit card or add a new one.

 

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, you have the option to pay monthly or annually upon creating or upgrading a Squad Room.

 

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Upon cancellation, your BLUE account will be credited with any unused time already paid for. Credit will be applied first to any future billing.

 

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You’ll be charged monthly or annually depending on the billing option you choose and you can cancel anytime.

What forms of payment does BLUE accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

 

Is BLUE secure?

BLUE is incredibly secure. All communication within BLUE is done over an SSL encrypted connection. In addition, BLUE uses a security key that is unique to every user and is not stored by BLUE. Without this key, your data cannot be read. This gives you and your agency total control over your data.

 

Who can see our chats and files? Can you read them?

No one but you and those you’re chatting with can see your data. We cannot read your messages or files as that requires a unique encryption key that only you and those you chat with possess.
